Another edition of Lusíadas Saúde Porto Sailing has come to an end.
Through exciting regattas, moments of conviviality between participants and Lusiadas employees and health talks on topics such as diet, sleep, among others, the focus was on promoting healthy lives.

As usual, this event included Women On Water Portugal, an exclusive regatta for women’s teams, and the XII Regata do Infante, which once again brought together a record number of 57 boats on the waters off Porto’s Atlantic coast.

In addition to its sporting component, this event has an important component for inclusion or, as we like to say, non-exclusion. For the second year running, the S!M Somos Capazes project joined the party with coffee sales, musical performances and the well-deserved “Yes, We Race!” award, since, for the first time, they raced the regatta from start to finish with good humor, bravery and nautical knowledge acquired throughout the year!

An event not to be forgotten, which has established itself as a celebration of sailing, of the values associated with sport and of inclusion! This is the great Lusíadas Saúde Porto Sailing party.

Second and final day of Women On Water Portugal

Another championship organized by BBDouro with the support of Lusíadas Saúde, which celebrates female sailors around the world, has come to an end.

Seven crews competed for the position of best women’s sailing team in Portugal. During the two-day championship, the “Girls” led the fleet with Margarida Aguiar at the rudder, taking home the trophy and the qualification for the Champions League, which this year will be in Switzerland.

Thanks to all the brave participants who made this great sailing party at Lusíadas Saúde more “WOW”!
