Experiences that deserve to remain in our memories forever
Our Open Day was certainly one of those experiences!
After several months of preparation, we opened our doors on June 3rd for another edition of what is already a must-see event in our calendar. On the water were our four fisrt 7.5s, the INCA – Inclusive Catamaran Lusíadas ForALL and our Junior Academy and a whole team of Skippers infected all the visitors with their passion for this sport.
300 Participants!
This edition was attended by 259 adults and 41 children, with the very special participation of the Association for Education and Social Development.
With all the timetables full, we had a total of 46 outings with our boats (between First 7.5 and INCA). Our junior academy students were also busy all day, welcoming all the children registered on their boats at all times.
Earth Hour
As well as volunteering to organize the event and actively participating in the baptisms we held throughout the day, our Junior Academy was also responsible for cleaning up the beach after lunch. In total, they collected 7 kg of garbage and, although the photo wasn’t the best, they were overjoyed to have contributed once again to the preservation of “our garden”.
